This document explains how My Nurse Shift Planner handles your information, how subscriptions and payments work, and the terms that apply when you use the app.

My Nurse Shift Planner is a scheduling and work-planning app designed to help nurses and healthcare workers organize shifts, work profiles, rotation presets, reminders, estimated pay, and monthly exports. By using My Nurse Shift Planner, you agree to the practices described below.

Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions

For the purposes of this document:

Application refers to My Nurse Shift Planner.

Company refers to My Nurse Shift Planner.

Country refers to: Romania.

Device means any device that can access the Application, such as an iPhone.

Personal Data means information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service refers to the Application.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically from use of the Service or related technical systems.

You means the individual using the Service.

What My Nurse Shift Planner Collects and Stores

Data you enter or create

My Nurse Shift Planner may store information you provide or generate inside the app, including:

• Your first name, if you choose to enter one
• Your role, such as nurse, RN, LPN, CNA, or another role you enter
• Work profile information, including profile name, workplace name, time zone, shift length, and default start times
• Shift entries, including date, shift type, start time, end time, duration, unit, notes, tags, bonuses, and associated work profile
• Pay settings, including hourly rate, currency, overtime rules, unpaid break settings, and related estimate settings
• Rotation preset choices and applied rotation history needed for undo or summaries
• Reminder settings, including whether reminders are enabled and the selected lead time
• iCloud sync preference, biometric lock preference, and other app settings
• Generated CSV or PDF export files before you share or save them

Notifications, reminders, and alarms

If you enable shift alerts and grant the required system permission, My Nurse Shift Planner can schedule local iOS notifications or, on supported iOS versions, AlarmKit alarms before upcoming shifts. These alerts are generated on your device using the shift data stored in the app.

• Notification and alarm permissions are controlled by iOS
• You can change or disable shift alerts inside the app or through iPhone Settings
• The app does not guarantee delivery of every notification or alarm because delivery can depend on iOS settings, Focus modes, permissions, device state, and Apple system behavior

Biometric lock

If you enable the app lock feature, My Nurse Shift Planner may use Apple's local Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode authentication system to protect access to the app. The app does not receive or store your biometric data.

Usage and technical data

My Nurse Shift Planner uses Mixpanel for limited product analytics. Analytics events are associated with a random, pseudonymous App User ID generated by RevenueCat. This identifier is not your Apple ID, name, email address, or an advertising identifier.

• App version, build number, environment, selected app language, locale, and limited device or operating-system information supplied by the analytics SDK
• Product interaction events, such as opening the app, progressing through onboarding, viewing or dismissing a paywall, selecting a plan, adding or updating a shift, applying a rotation, adding a work profile, creating or sharing an export, changing language, or requesting the system rating prompt
• Limited event properties, such as onboarding step, generic shift type, number of profiles, rotation pattern length, export format and period, selected currency code, subscription status, selected plan, product identifier, purchase or restore result, and the part of the app where an action began

We do not send your name, role, workplace name, shift dates or times, pay rates or calculated pay amounts, notes, tags, units, patient or clinical information, generated CSV or PDF contents, or iCloud data to Mixpanel. Automatic event collection and IP-based geolocation are disabled in the app's Mixpanel configuration. Mixpanel is not used by us for advertising or tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Subscription and purchase data

My Nurse Shift Planner uses RevenueCat to manage subscription access and purchase lifecycle information. RevenueCat may process:

• A randomly generated anonymous App User ID
• App Store receipt or transaction information, product identifiers, purchase and renewal dates, trial status, subscription status, expiration information, and entitlement status
• Limited device and technical information needed to provide and secure its subscription service

This information is used to display available plans, process and validate purchases, determine premium access, restore purchases, migrate existing subscriptions, prevent fraud, provide subscription analytics, and assist with subscription support. We do not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address, Apple ID, shift calendar, workplace information, pay settings, notes, or exported files.

The anonymous RevenueCat App User ID is also used as the Mixpanel distinct identifier so that product-usage events can be evaluated together with anonymous subscription status and conversion outcomes. We cannot use this identifier by itself to determine your real-world identity.

How My Nurse Shift Planner Uses Your Data

My Nurse Shift Planner may use stored or permitted data to:

• Create, display, and manage your shift calendar
• Support multiple work profiles and workplaces
• Apply rotation presets and show rotation summaries
• Calculate estimated hours, overtime, gross pay, and monthly summaries
• Schedule local reminders before upcoming shifts
• Generate monthly CSV and PDF reports
• Restore or sync your app experience through iCloud if enabled
• Operate subscriptions, restore purchases, and enforce access
• Understand onboarding completion, feature usage, paywall performance, purchases, and app engagement so we can improve the app
• Maintain app reliability, stability, and support diagnostics

Storage, Sync, and iCloud

My Nurse Shift Planner stores core app data locally on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, the app may use Apple's CloudKit or iCloud systems to sync selected app data and settings across devices associated with your Apple account.

• Shift entries, work profiles, pay settings, reminder settings, and app preferences may sync through Apple's private iCloud services
• iCloud sync is tied to your Apple account and compatible devices
• You can disable iCloud sync in the app settings
• We do not operate a custom backend server for your shift calendar or work profile history at this time unless explicitly stated otherwise inside the app

Exports and Sharing

My Nurse Shift Planner can generate monthly CSV and PDF reports from your shift, profile, pay, and summary data. Export files are created so you can review, save, or share them using iOS sharing features.

• Exported files may contain workplace names, shift dates, shift types, times, hours, pay estimates, units, notes, and monthly totals
• After you share, save, email, upload, or send an exported file, that file may be handled by the apps or services you choose
• You are responsible for deciding where exported files are sent and whether they contain information you consider private or sensitive

Scheduling, Pay, and Workplace Disclaimers

Shift schedule

The app is a personal planner. It does not connect to your employer's official scheduling system unless a future version explicitly states otherwise. Always confirm your official schedule through your workplace-approved system or supervisor.

Pay estimates

Estimated pay, gross totals, overtime calculations, bonuses, and monthly summaries are informational estimates only. They may not reflect taxes, deductions, shift differentials, union rules, payroll rounding, employer-specific overtime rules, holiday policies, call-back rules, local laws, or payroll corrections.

Rotations and reminders

Rotation presets and reminders are convenience tools. They may help you enter repeating shifts faster, but you remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of every planned shift, reminder time, and exported report.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

My Nurse Shift Planner may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including introductory offers or free trials when eligible.

• Payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account
• We do not collect or store your full payment card details
• Apple provides purchase information to RevenueCat so the app can validate purchases and determine whether access is active, expired, canceled, or restored
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account settings before the renewal date
• If you cancel during a trial or active subscription period, access generally continues until the end of the current paid or trial period, subject to Apple's rules

Third-Party Services

My Nurse Shift Planner relies on Apple-provided systems and the following service providers to operate subscriptions and understand app usage:

• StoreKit and the App Store for purchases and subscriptions
• iCloud or CloudKit for sync, if enabled
• UserNotifications and AlarmKit for local shift alerts
• LocalAuthentication for Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode app lock, if enabled
• RevenueCat for anonymous customer identifiers, purchase validation, subscription status, entitlements, restoration, and subscription analytics
• Mixpanel for pseudonymous product-usage and conversion analytics; the app is configured to send analytics events to Mixpanel's EU endpoint
• Apple diagnostics and crash reports, if you choose to share diagnostics with Apple

RevenueCat and Mixpanel act as service providers processing information for the purposes described above. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy policies and service terms.

How Long Data Is Retained

My Nurse Shift Planner may keep your locally stored and synced app data for as long as it is needed to provide the app experience, unless you delete the data, remove the app, disable related features, or remove data from Apple-managed systems where applicable. Some subscription and purchase records are maintained by Apple according to Apple's systems and policies.

Pseudonymous analytics and subscription records processed by Mixpanel and RevenueCat are retained according to our service configuration, contractual needs, legal obligations, and each provider's applicable retention practices. We may retain these records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate subscriptions, analyze app performance and conversion, prevent fraud, resolve support issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Your Choices and Rights

You may be able to:

• Review or change app settings inside My Nurse Shift Planner
• Enable or disable reminders through app settings or iPhone Settings
• Enable or disable iCloud sync inside app settings
• Use the in-app delete option to remove app data from this iPhone
• Delete local app data by removing the app from your device
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through App Store settings
• Control iCloud data through Apple account and iCloud settings, subject to Apple's systems
• Contact us to request access to or deletion of pseudonymous analytics or subscription information; fulfilling a request may require the anonymous App User ID and may be limited by records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes

Children's Privacy

My Nurse Shift Planner is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data through My Nurse Shift Planner, contact us and we will review the issue.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this document from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of My Nurse Shift Planner after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

Terms of Use

By using My Nurse Shift Planner, you agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the app's operation, attempt to bypass subscriptions, purchase logic, access controls, iCloud sync, notifications, or security features.

My Nurse Shift Planner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We make no guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, available, accurate, or suitable for every workplace, schedule type, payroll rule, jurisdiction, employer policy, or personal need.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. You remain responsible for confirming your official work schedule, patient-care obligations, workplace policies, payroll details, reminders, exports, and any decisions made based on information shown in the app.
