4. Levels, Combos, Coins, Themes, and Other Gameplay Features
The App includes gameplay systems such as level progression, combos, score multipliers, coins, themes, skins, and unlockable content. These features are provided for entertainment purposes only.
- Virtual Currency and Virtual Items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for money unless expressly required by applicable law.
- We may modify, rebalance, limit, reset, discontinue, or remove gameplay systems, reward systems, combos, levels, coins, themes, or Virtual Items at any time as part of ongoing development, technical maintenance, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- Your access to certain modes, features, rewards, or Virtual Items may depend on gameplay progress, purchase status, device state, or third-party platform availability.
Important: unless otherwise required by applicable law, We are not responsible for loss of locally stored progress, scores, combo history, level progression, coins, themes, skins, or other Virtual Currency / Virtual Items resulting from uninstalling the App, reinstalling the App, deleting App data, changing devices, resetting a device, restoring a device incorrectly, using a different Apple ID / Game Center account, or platform / operating system issues.
This includes coins. If you uninstall the App, your locally stored coin balance and locally stored progress may be permanently lost, and We do not accept liability or responsibility for that loss.
5. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases, including premium unlocks and coin packs.
- All billing, payment authorization, refunds, and purchase management are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and policies.
- Non-consumable purchases, such as eligible permanent unlocks, may generally be restorable through Apple’s restore purchase tools where supported.
- Consumable purchases, such as coin packs or spent Virtual Currency, may not be restorable after delivery, use, or consumption, except where required by Apple policy or applicable law.
- We reserve the right to verify purchase validity before granting or restoring benefits.
- If a purchase is reversed, refunded, charged back, canceled, or determined to be invalid, We may remove or adjust related Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, or access rights to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
6. Local Storage and Deletion
Some App information may be stored locally on your device so the game can remember your settings, progress, selected items, and balances. Deleting the App may delete all locally stored information associated with the App.
If you want to stop all local storage by the App, you may uninstall the App. Please note that uninstalling may permanently delete local gameplay progress and Virtual Currency.
7. Game Center
If you use Apple Game Center, certain gameplay information such as leaderboards, achievements, scores, and related identifiers may be processed by Apple according to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple’s policies.
8. Advertising and Third-Party Services
