World Football Cup 2026, also shown as WFC 2026 in some places, is an independent football tournament companion app for fixtures, scores, match stats, standings, insights, predictions, favorites, notifications, widgets, and Live Activities. By using the app, you agree to the practices and terms described below.

Company refers to World Football Cup 2026.
Country refers to: Romania.
Device means any device that can access the Application, such as an iPhone.
Personal Data means information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application and related app features.
Sports Data means football-related information shown in the app, including fixtures, scores, events, stats, standings, predictions, lineups, venues, player information, and related insights.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically from use of the Service or related technical systems.
You means the individual using the Service.

The app does not require you to create an account with us. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, payment card number, or password inside the app.
The app retrieves football information from our technical systems and from one or more external sports data providers. This data may include fixtures, scores, live status, events, stats, player and team information, standings, bracket information, predictions, xG, odds-derived indicators, and related match insights.
If you enable notifications and grant permission, the app may send or schedule alerts for upcoming matches, daily schedules, goals, final scores, lineups, prediction changes, group impact, knockout path updates, favorite teams, or favorite players. Widgets and Live Activities may show live match information on your Home Screen, Lock Screen, StandBy, or Dynamic Island when supported by iOS.
We do not operate advertising analytics or sell user data. Limited technical information may still be processed by Apple, iOS, hosting providers, or technical service providers to operate the app and deliver content, such as:

The app may store your app preferences locally on your device. Public tournament information and Sports Data may be stored, cached, processed, or synchronized through technical backend systems and one or more external sports data providers.
All Sports Data, predictions, insights, stats, alerts, widgets, Live Activities, and scenario tools are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not official tournament records, betting advice, financial advice, professional advice, or a guarantee of future events.
Live sports data is complex and can change quickly. Information shown in the app may be delayed, incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, missing, or later corrected. Match status, scores, events, stats, player data, lineups, venues, standings, and brackets may change unexpectedly because of official decisions, provider corrections, abandoned matches, postponed matches, extra time, penalties, VAR decisions, disciplinary changes, qualification rules, or data processing delays.
Predictions, win probabilities, draw probabilities, momentum indicators, pressure indicators, scenario simulations, knockout probability, and other insights are estimates based on available data. They may not add up exactly, may use rounded values, may rely on provider models, may be unavailable for some matches, and may be wrong. You should not make important decisions based only on predictions shown in the app.
The app is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling app, betting operator, bookmaker, tipster service, or financial product. Any odds-derived or probability-style information is shown only as sports context where available. We do not accept bets, process wagers, pay winnings, or encourage gambling.
The app is independent and unofficial. It does not use official tournament logos, official branding, official marks, or official organizer materials unless separately authorized. Any country names, team names, player names, stadium names, flags, and match references are used as factual references to identify real-world football information.
World Football Cup 2026 may offer a one-time in-app purchase or other premium purchase option that unlocks additional app features, such as predictions, advanced insights, favorite team and player tools, premium notifications, scenario tools, and other tournament companion features.
World Football Cup 2026 may rely on Apple-provided systems and technical services needed to run the app, such as:
The app may keep locally stored preferences for as long as needed to provide the app experience, unless you change settings, delete data where available, or remove the app. Backend systems may retain cached public Sports Data and technical logs for operational, security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability purposes. Apple may retain purchase and transaction records according to Apple's systems and policies.

We are not responsible for missed alerts, incorrect scores, delayed data, incorrect predictions, provider errors, Apple system behavior, backend outages, internet issues, tournament changes, official decisions, or decisions you make based on app content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss, inconvenience, missed opportunity, incorrect assumption, or other outcome arising from use of the app, Sports Data, predictions, notifications, widgets, Live Activities, or premium features.
